Oakmont Management Group seeks a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and personal care, enhancing independence and quality of life within a senior living community in California.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and compassionate communication with residents, families, and staff. We train the right candidate and offer a supportive team environment across California communities.

Formación

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB tests.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents in ADLs per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
