Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Desire to work with elderly residents and support their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions across staff and departments.
