Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Arden Hills, MN is hiring Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors and delivering person-centered care. You'll work directly with residents to provide personalized support that brightens each day.

The role offers onboarding training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive leadership team. Experience is valued but not required for newly certified applicants, and all shifts include weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
