Life Enriching Communities in Westlake, OH is seeking a compassionate Resident Aide for Concord Reserve. This full-time night shift role runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and focuses on providing daily routine care and supportive interactions with residents.

• Promoting a positive, calm and effective work environment that contributes to teamwork.
