Sinceri Senior Living in Barberton, Ohio, is seeking a Resident Assistant for part-time night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am). You will provide consistent, compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting meaningful engagement in a supportive team setting.

The role requires English communication, basic high school education, and a willingness to meet state requirements (CPR/First Aid/food safety). A positive, team-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engages residents in meaningful conversation and activities while providing personal care.
• Must read, write and speak English to communicate with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Must be able to pass necessary tests (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers) if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests for care.
• Assist in dining room during meal times.
• Encourage participation in scheduled activities and outings and assist as needed.
• Assist with cleanliness of the community and tidy resident rooms daily.
• Assist with resident laundry per shift guidelines.
