Job summary

Avamere Living in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking a part-time Caregiver for the noc shift (10pm-6am) on Fridays and Saturdays at Avamere at The Stafford. You will support residents with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor health, and maintain a clean, safe living space.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, meals, and responding to calls while upholding confidentiality and professionalism. CPR/First Aid and a Food Handler card are required; EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Familiarity with memory care or assisted living settings preferred.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification during employment.
• Food handler’s card required.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor health and report concerns to medical staff.
• Orient new residents and staff as needed and assist with duties.
• Answer resident calls for assistance promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety in all resident environments.
