The Arbor at Avamere Court in Keizer, OR is seeking a full-time Caregiver for evening shifts (Friday–Tuesday or Saturday–Wednesday/Thursday). Responsibilities include ADLs, emotional support, housekeeping, health monitoring, and a safe environment for residents.

Qualifications include memory care experience, CPR/First Aid, Food Handler’s Card, EMR documentation, and a friendly, patient demeanor. Benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.

Formación

• Experience as caregiver in memory care or assisted living.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification during employment.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Experience in electronic medical records documentation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor with residents and guests.
• A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors.
• Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and a calm and cheerful environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor residents' health and report concerns to medical staff; monitor vital signs.
• Answer resident calls for assistance promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information; ensure safety of residents, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with orientation of new residents and staff; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
