Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Encinitas, CA is seeking compassionate night caregivers to support seniors in North County. You will help with safety, personal care, and night routines, ensuring comfort while families have peace of mind.

Flexible, scheduled night shifts from 1 hour to 12 hours, paid training, and a supportive 24/7 team. Must have heart for seniors, HCA certification or willingness to obtain, TB test, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• A heart for seniors and a great attitude.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Current TB test or ability to get one within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Keeping our clients safe and comfortable through the night.
• Assisting with late-night or early-morning personal care (dressing, hygiene).
• Fall prevention (being that steady hand when they need to get up).
• Providing gentle companionship and peace of mind for families.
