Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC. is actively hiring caregivers in San Diego North County, Carlsbad. Earn $20–$23 per hour with overtime. Shifts range from 7am–7pm to 7pm–7am, with flexible full-time or part-time options.

You will provide non-medical home care including companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation for seniors and disabled clients, helping them stay safe and comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to transport clients to medical appointments and outings.
• Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate non-medical home care including companionship and personal care.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and light meal prep.
• Offer transportation to appointments and accompany clients as needed.
• Deliver dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, hospice care support as applicable.
• Provide light housekeeping and organization; assist with daily routines.
• Support clients 24/7 when needed and coordinate with the office team.
