Job summary

A Place at Home Encinitas is hiring In-Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients across North County San Diego, including Encinitas, Vista, Escondido, Carlsbad and more. Shifts are 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with part-time and full-time options.

You must have a caregiver license or be willing to obtain one, and you will commute to client homes within 45 minutes. Starting hourly rate is $19, with increases based on client needs and experience.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, toileting, hygiene.
• Maintain client safety and report changes to office.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide 1:1 care to clients throughout North County San Diego, including Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. You must be willing to work in these areas and able to reliably commute to client homes within 45 minutes or less. What We’re Looking For

• You are a Caregiver, licensed CNA, HHA, or Medical Assistant
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and employment verification

Schedule

• Part-time and full-time available
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts
• Weekday and weekend options

Pay

• NOC shifts offer a higher hourly rate and a monthly attendance bonus.
• For all caregivers, the starting hourly rate is $19, with increases based on client complexity and caregiver experience.
