Job summary

HonorHealth Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring for a full-time Night shift healthcare support role in the Medical/Surgical Unit-5D-Bariatric & Spine. The position runs 3 x 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with self-scheduling for shift coverage and weekend/holiday rotations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months of healthcare experience, and BLS certification; CNA or EMT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months healthcare experience within the last year.
• BLS certification required; CNA or EMT preferred.
• Self-scheduling available; weekend rotations required in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed caregiver, including activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Assist, observe and report changes in patient condition and maintain accurate medical records.
• Address questions from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team members; coordinate with the care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
