Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a dedicated healthcare support professional for a full-time Night shift on 5D-Bariatric & Spine unit. You will provide patient-related care, observe and report changes, and maintain medical records under licensed supervision.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, completion of Block 1 in Nursing, and at least 6 months of healthcare experience with BLS certification. CNA/MA/EMT background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Block 1 in Nursing.
• 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting within the last year.
• Required 6 months in acute care experience.
• BLS certification required; CNA/MA/EMT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and collaborates direct patient care under supervision of a licensed caregiver.
• Assists with personal care, ADLs, vital signs, intake/output, ambulation and care plan implementation.
• Observes and reports changes in patient condition to a licensed caregiver.
• Maintains accurate medical record documentation related to care delivered.
• Addresses questions or concerns from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team.
