Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care: toileting, bathing, mobility, comfort, and hygiene while delivering excellent service.
• Report patient data and changes promptly; seek qualified assistance as needed.
• May perform telemetry duties and monitor patients; collaborate with care team.
• Transport medications to RN on unit when required.
• Assist with Health Unit Coordinator tasks as needed (phones, orders, records).
• Follow plan of care and maintain safety standards.
