Job summary

Axiom Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Support Staff member for night shifts to supervise clients, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, respectful environment during recovery. You will document all interactions, assist with housing services, and support everyday facility operations.

Required are strong teamwork, a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work weekends. Prior recovery program knowledge and computer skills help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of recovery programs (e.g., The12 Steps).
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Shift flexibility to cover nights and weekends.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (Windows, MS Word).
• Ability to type and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Client supervision and management including coordinating care and services.
• Facility compliance checks and documentation.
• Record keeping and documentation.
• Personal and client accountability.
• General housekeeping and inventory.
• Meal prep and service.
• Alcohol and drug testing.
• Documentation in housing software program.
