Ivy Park at Studio City is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and offer compassionate, person-centered care in a senior living setting.

You will help residents with ADLs, respond to needs promptly, and communicate any changes to a supervisor while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality. A supportive team environment and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• May require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
