Job summary

Ivy Park at Tustin is seeking a dedicated Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and to promote independence and quality of life within a compassionate team. You will ensure dignity, safety, and responsive care while adhering to care plans and safety standards.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, 18+ age, and willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with elderly and provide care.
• Written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screenings (including TB).
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any change in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation across departments.
