Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Care Partner to join our compassionate team. The shift runs 6pm–6am on Wednesdays, focusing on resident care, daily living activities, and coordinating with health staff to maintain safety and comfort.

You will assist with personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and respond to pendant calls, while upholding infection control and resident rights. A HS diploma and CNA/HHA preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA / Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Complete all state and Experience Senior Living training programs.
• Able to read/write basic information and communicate with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry per procedures.
• Review reports and participate in shift change communications.
• Assist residents to life enrichment activities.
• Promote independence and respect residents’ rights.
