Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to assist residents with daily living and activities according to care plans. The role is part-time with a Wednesday 6pm-6am shift.

The Care Partner will help with personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and timely communication with health staff, while maintaining safety, dignity, and infection control standards. CPR/First Aid preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and write, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports, shift change reports and verbal reports as needed.
• Assist residents to and from scheduled life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and respect residents' rights; maintain confidentiality and infection control practices.
