Job summary

A leading senior living community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Personal Care Worker to assist residents with daily activities, support meal service, and maintain a clean, safe environment. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and current CPR certification. The position offers shifts from 6am-10am and 4:30pm-9pm, along with various employee benefits including medical packages and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Care Worker preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire).
• Complete a Safe Food Handling and Preparation Class (within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living.
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships.
• Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents.
• Assist with menu/snack selection and partner with the Service Associate in serving.
• Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy.
