Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate care professional to join our senior living communities. The role focuses on providing hands-on care, emotional support, and a safe home-like environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift; checks on residents physically throughout the shift.
• Observes, reports and documents symptoms and conditions of residents (skin, behavior, alertness, weight, diet, activities).
• Responds to security system and resident call bells promptly.
• Notifies supervisor/Health Care Coordinator if a resident needs increased care.
• Assists with continence management and disposes of products to ensure sanitation.
• Serves and collects food trays; reports refusals or loss of appetite.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; upholds hygiene.
• Helps residents maintain independence and safety; supports daily living activities.
• Participates in life skills and enrichment activities with residents.
• Greets and assists all customers, guests, residents, vendors and team members.
• Performs resident laundry as assigned and needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
