Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC seeks a Caring Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and to promote a warm, safe home-like environment. You will assist with personal care, mobility and daily routines, enhancing residents’ comfort and dignity in a compassionate setting.

As part of a team serving seniors, you will engage residents in activities, monitor well-being and collaborate with staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
