Job summary

You will support residents in daily living, personal care, activities, meals, and housekeeping within a secure residential setting for the elderly. DBS and references are required, with paid DBS options and flexible shift patterns including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or elderly care
• Enhanced DBS dated within last 6 months or willingness to obtain
• Two years of referenceable work experience
• All relevant safeguarding, infection control training, and online training access provided if needed

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living
• Participate in activities of daily living and daily activity sessions
• Assist with meals, feeding, and laundry duties
• Complete daily paperwork and care logs to ensure continuity of care
• Work as part of the care team to maintain high standards of service
