Gloucester Charities Trust in Guild House is seeking a Weekend Care & Support Assistant to provide compassionate care to older residents. The role involves 24 hours across alternate weekends, with two long-day shifts and potential extra cover during leave or sickness.

£14.80 per hour, (increasing to £15.10 after medication training)

Are you a caring, reliable, and compassionate individual looking to make a real difference to the lives of older people?

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Care & Support Assistant to join our friendly team in our well-established residential care home for older people, Guild House. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting older adults to live with dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a warm and person-centred environment. The shifts are 2 x long days every other weekend and additional hours many be available to cover annual leave and sickness.

About the Role

As a Care & Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
