Qualifications

• SVQ qualifications required or willingness to undertake within 3 months.
• PVG membership is essential and preferred before formal offer.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with individual care and support needs.
• Contribute to electronic care records and care planning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents and families.
• Provide updates and information to families and loved ones.
• Maintain high standards of care in line with legislation and council policies.
