Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Proficient in English verbal and written with the ability to read, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Associates degree (A.S.) from two-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the cage area.
Coordinate and supervise Cage Cashiers; secure company funds and accountability of all monies and routing of paperwork.
Schedule team members in the cage and ensure adequate coverage for customer service.
Resolve customer complaints regarding cage matters and coordinate with other departments for resolutions.
Enforce gaming regulations, internal controls and company policies.
Perform functions of main banker or cage cashier when needed.
