Job summary

Beam Living, a Blackstone-owned property manager, seeks an Overnight Porter for Parker Towers in New York, NY. You’ll maintain a safe, clean building, perform upkeep, assist with concierge tasks, receive deliveries, and support site operations while upholding our values.

The role requires 0–2 years in facilities maintenance, a positive attitude, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Strong desire to help people and provide great service.
• Able to adapt to change and learn new technologies.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean building and property.
• Perform upkeep and janitorial duties to keep the community in great condition.
• Perform snow removal during the winter season.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and represent the company values.
• Assist the team by covering Concierge lunch break and handling deliveries.
• Support site and operations as assigned by your manager.
• Be an ambassador of the property and help residents while upholding culture.
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
