Job summary

Ste Michelle Wine Estates is hiring a Bottling Operator (Nights) in Paterson, WA, at the Columbia Crest Winery. The role supports winemakers and night production teams in the final bottling steps, ensuring quality and production efficiency.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and 1–2 years of bottling experience. Responsibilities include operating line equipment, troubleshooting, and line changeovers with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds intermittently.
• Available to work variable 12-hour night shifts.
• Some knowledge or experience in general maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling line equipment and perform routine checks for quality and flow of materials.
• Handle line changeovers under supervision.
• Assist with packing, sanitizing, and other line support tasks.
• Wear PPE including safety shoes, hearing protection and safety glasses.
