Sheridan Ohio is hiring for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on the night shift (7pm–7am). We\'ll train you to operate high‑speed bindery equipment and contribute to a hands‑on, quality‑driven production team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or related fields.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret decimals and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running by adjusting and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
