Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other relevant behavioral therapies.
• Knowledge and ability to apply appropriate safety precautions and procedures in behavioral interventions.
• 1-3 years of experience working with individuals in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills to ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of participants, ensuring proper documentation and delivering effective behavioral health interventions.
• Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide counseling, symptom management, crisis intervention, and arrange necessary services.
