Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living in the United States seeks a Clinician to deliver high-quality behavioral services, conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will work within an inter-disciplinary team to promote positive client outcomes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

The role requires advanced knowledge of behavioral health, independent clinical judgment, and thorough documentation of PBSPs and FBAs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure as required.
• Experience in functional behavior assessments and PBSP/FBA documentation.
• Proven ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and to train staff on complex behavioral issues.

Responsibilities

• Designs and monitors individualized behavior treatment plans using data-driven methods.
• Provides face-to-face clinical services to clients per scope of practice.
• Leads crisis response efforts with clinical oversight and appropriate interventions.
• Provides consultation and debriefing to staff after incidents and ensures best practices.
• Conducts root-cause analyses of incidents and updates treatment plans accordingly.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and case reviews to guide care planning.
