Serenity Cove Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Behavioral Specialist to join a dynamic interdisciplinary team. You will oversee a caseload, ensure proper documentation, and deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough behavioral health assessments, developing care plans, providing counseling, crisis intervention, and arranging necessary services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other relevant behavioral therapies.
• Knowledge and ability to apply appropriate safety precautions and procedures in behavioral interventions.
• 1-3 years of experience working with individuals in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills to ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.
