Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time 3rd Shift Behavioral Health Technician in Worcester, MA. 11pm-7am schedules include Friday-Tuesday, Wednesday-Sunday, or Tuesday-Saturday shifts.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $18.50 per hour, with a benefits package including 401(k) and medical coverage. The BHT role provides oversight, supports clients in a residential setting, and helps maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu for adults with co-occurring diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the addiction or mental health fields, preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent), preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persevere in varied situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical and personal information.

Responsibilities

• Provide around-the-clock supervision and support to create a therapeutic milieu.
• Observe and document client behaviors and presentations, assist nursing team.
• Maintain quality documentation using appropriate clinical language and forms.
• Facilitate non-clinical group sessions within scope of practice.
