Job summary

Carrollton Springs in Carrollton, TX seeks an RN for night coverage on 12-hour shifts. You will assess patients, plan and document care, and supervise the shift to ensure policy-compliant, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, CPR, and CPI within 30 days. Psychiatric care experience and strong teamwork are preferred to support patient safety and treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state.
• CPR certification; CPI within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in psychiatric health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and plan care within set time frames and document findings.
• Oversee and supervise the shift, delegating tasks and ensuring policy adherence.
• Monitor patient condition and respond, including physician notification.
• Administer medications in accordance with hospital policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
