Zusammenfassung

Carrollton Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an Assessment Specialist RN for full-time weekend night shifts (Fri–Sun, 7pm–7am) in Carrollton, TX. You will support the department with clinical, operational and administrative excellence while delivering compassionate care.

Requirements include a state RN license and CPR/de-escalation certification within 30 days of hire; prior ED or psychiatric experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing; valid state RN license.
• Experience in emergency department or psychiatric healthcare settings (preferred).
• Experience with patient assessments, care planning and coordination with external review entities.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.
• Current unencumbered RN license to practice as required by the State Board of Nursing.
