Job summary

Harboroaks in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate for PRN night shifts (7p-7:30a). You will provide direct patient care and help maintain a safe, structured environment to support recovery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population is preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
