Job summary

Harboroaks in Arkansas is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to support patient recovery and safety through hands-on care in a structured, team-based setting. You will work under clinical or nursing leadership to maintain a safe environment, demonstrate empathy, and address patient needs promptly while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.
