The Farley Center is seeking Behavioral Health Techs to join our team at the Williamsburg, Virginia facility. This full-time mid-shift position (3pm-11:30pm) includes base pay of $18–$20 per hour plus shift differentials and benefits after 30 days.

Eligible for tuition assistance of $3000 per year and continued education opportunities. Role focuses on monitoring client behaviors, providing continuous care, data recording, and crisis response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the specific population preferred.
• Knowledge of common psychiatric disorders and/or dual diagnosis and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure client wellbeing by providing a safe, supportive environment.
• Maintain constant supervision of clients and conduct safety checks.
• Document and chart client information timely and accurately.
• Engage clients in activities and group therapy to promote treatment goals.
• De-escalate when needed and respond to crises or emergencies.
