Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent communication with physicians, clinical teams, and environmental services to ensure timely patient placements, discharges, and addressing issues delaying processes.
• Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of patient placement and bed resource use.
• Maintain bed board accuracy and complete daily reconciliation for appropriate bed assignments.
• Track bed status, including clean/unclean beds and isolation rooms.
• Review assigned patients for timely movement and avoid delays or cancellations.
• Attend daily bed management huddles and report status.
