Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to bed management processes.

Responsibilities

• Place patients in appropriate beds and coordinate with clinical leadership.
• Facilitate continuous patient throughput from entry to transfer.
• Maintain accurate bed board records and reconcile daily bed assignments.
• Monitor bed status, clean/unclean beds, and isolation rooms.
• Attend daily bed management huddles and escalate issues as needed.
• Support continuous improvement for quality, safety, and service excellence.
