Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months manufacturing experience required.
• Must be proficient in mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow batching schedule and adjust for add-ons.
• Stage ingredients at cook deck using inventory reports.
• Coordinate with batcher on pumping, cutting tanks, and direct batch additions.
• Maintain silo rotation and complete silo hookups before batching.
• Weigh/measure all ingredients accurately and perform unit conversions as needed.
• Compute bulk concentrates and flavor quantities for batching plans.
• Ensure compliance with organic protocols when batching organic products.
• Complete paperwork for each work order with accurate lot numbers.
