Qualifications

• Six months manufacturing experience.
• Must be proficient in mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow batching schedule and adjust for add-ons.
• Stage required ingredients on cook deck prior to batching.
• Determine which ingredients are pumped, pulled, or added directly.
• Complete silo hookups and pull silo samples for testing.
• Accurately weigh or measure all ingredients.
• Maintain GMPs and clean work area; follow food safety policies.
