Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Member in Stillwater, OK. You’ll be part baker, part hospitality expert, and a late-night contributor, ensuring warm cookies, friendly interactions, and accurately packed orders.

Every shift is a team effort; you’ll welcome guests, bake and package our treats, operate the register, and help keep the bakery clean and stocked. Evening, late-night, and weekend hours are common, with opportunities to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and make interactions memorable.
• Bake, package, and prepare warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and treats to quality standards.
• Prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders accurately.
• Operate the register and process transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe.
• Assist teammates and keep the line moving during busy periods.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver a memorable experience that turns first-time guests into loyal Insomniacs.
