Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents during night hours and respond to needs as they arise.
• Assist individuals with morning routines including meals and personal care.
• Administer medications in accordance with regulations.
• Perform housekeeping and personal care tasks as needed.
• Provide support and training to promote personal growth and skills.
• Report significant health, safety, and behavioral concerns.
