Job summary

Lower Eastside Service Center in New York, NY is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee nightly activities in a residential program. You will supervise clients, maintain a daily log, and participate in monthly staff meetings, while providing a positive role model and assisting as needed during night shifts.

The position runs Tuesday through Saturday, 11 PM to 7 AM. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, good interpersonal skills, and CPR/Narcan training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or satisfactory equivalent combination of education and/or training and experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
• CPR and Narcan Training Preferred
• Ability to manage clients sensitively without hindering progress.
• Experience in residential treatment settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides night supervision for the clients and is responsible for the clients' night time activities.
• Serves as a positive role model.
• Maintains a daily log on the activities.
• Participates as a team member in at least one staff meeting per month.
• Fills in for other night awake aides who are on leave.

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Provides night supervision for the clients and be responsible for the clients' night time activities.

• Participates as a team member in at least one staff meeting per month.


• Fills in for other night awake aides who are on leave.

Tuesday-Saturday - 11PM-7AM coverage

RATE:

$35,417.20 - $35,417.20 / yearly

Requirements

QUALIFICATION - EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
