Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Hospitality Worker II to greet guests, assist with their needs, and coordinate reservations and services at our Georgia location. You will deliver outstanding guest service and help resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include operating a POS, handling cash and card transactions, answering calls and emails, and collaborating with departments to provide a seamless guest experience. Prior guest services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience required.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

The Hospitality Worker II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
