Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts on-site at Brickell Arch, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Miami, seeks a Night Auditor to ensure financial controls and premier service. You will balance revenue, prepare daily reports, and coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to maintain smooth, accurate night operations.

The ideal candidate has hotel night audit or front desk experience, strong math and data entry skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills for daily revenue balancing.
• Ability to input data accurately using 10-key and computerized systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Friendly, positive guest interaction and problem solving.
• Experience with front office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing tapes/journals and breakdowns.
• Run audit reports from front desk systems and POS, fix issues as needed.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day.
• Input revenue/expenses into the system to generate key daily summaries.
• Coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to ensure service quality.
