You’ll be part of a hospitality-focused culture that values service and teamwork. Responsibilities include auditing daily guest ledgers, handling reservations, and maintaining lobby ambiance while working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Front desk experience or night audit exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Basic accounting/math skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and taxes; ensure accuracy of guest folios.
• Manage end-of-day accounting functions.
• Record revenue from all departments.
• Act as front desk clerk: check guests in/out, handle reservations.
• Make cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk to support morning staff.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Maintain lobby lighting and music levels.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other assigned duties.
