Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and balance accounts.
• Handle check-ins/outs and reservations, resolving guest issues.
• Process end-of-day accounting functions and postings.
• Monitor lobby and ensure security and proper lighting.
• Support other front desk duties as needed.
