Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or accounting coursework preferred.
• Previous hospitality, accounting, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with computer systems.
• Excellent communication skills and courteous service to guests and coworkers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight with minimal supervision and remain alert.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out as needed.
• Accurately post and reconcile guest charges, taxes, and revenues.
• Verify, balance, and audit cash, card, and room charges.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management.
• Resolve guest billing issues with courtesy and escalate when needed.
• Monitor lobby and entrance areas for safety and security.
• Answer calls professionally and relay guest requests promptly.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness during overnight hours.
• Assist other departments (housekeeping/maintenance) as needed.
• Follow all policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
