Hyatt House & Mindaro Hotels near Portland International Airport is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver exceptional guest service. The role involves completing check-ins/outs, performing nightly audits, and producing daily management reports while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment and adhering to safety procedures.

Prior hotel experience is preferred but not required, with a valid driver’s license and clean

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused with attention to detail and basic math.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Prior hotel/front desk/night audit experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly service during the overnight shift.
• Complete guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations and payments.
• Perform nightly audits, balance accounts and verify daily transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel management.
• Respond to guest questions, requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor overnight hours and follow safety and security procedures.
• Communicate important guest and operational information to departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
